Abstract:
In many countries or areas, mediation generates an increasing interest, especially in social and political life, when conflicts cannot be resolved with traditional ways. Nowadays, mediation enters ordinary practices, nearby individual matters. It progressively took place into schools, directly inside curriculum, or in addition. Then, the paper intends to highlight the major stakes and perspectives revealing various implementation – a plurality linked to social and cultural contexts but also to granted or claimed participation and to the ability to act.
