Abstract:
This article studies multi-professional work and user participation in social services from the viewpoints of integration and collaboration. The changes in the public service paradigms, in the professional work and in the role of users form the theoretical lenses. The empirical study examines children and family services. Traditionally these services have been scattered in social and health care, but in the studied case they have been gathered together into an ‘integrated model of wellbeing'.
