Abstract: The object of this investigation is to explore the emotional reactions aroused by the new supply of food products that do not conform to the aesthetic standards found in mass distribution. The results of a qualitative approach, following a netnographic method, bring to light a triple interaction between the perceived value of supply, the individual's ecological awareness, and the feeling of transgression.
