Abstract:
The introduction of producer cooperatives into networks is the source of positive externalities and allows them to fortify their project of democratic functioning. This article explores the methods of expanded governance in a network of cooperatives that can contribute to counteracting the degeneration of democratic processes. The plan proposed actualizes the mutual control of members based on the socialization of capital within the network.
