Abstract: The Mediterranean Transport and Logistics Forum held in May 2010 in Barcelona opened with a session entitled: "Winds of Change for Mediterranean Infrastructure." Has the time come for transformation in an area so often characterized by a certain resistance to change due to the delicate political situations in many countries along the Mediterranean?
