Abstract: The impact of the Internet on companies has been streamlined since the intense excitement of the end of the 90's. We think the people involved in these developments have gone back to the basis of Information System project management. We will look at this return to reason in studying the evolution of the praxis used in developing Internet websites, also called "Internet Project". To achieve this, we have built a model, which will help us to understand Information System management project. This framework is used to introduce a real case of website development project and to propose ways of improvement for Internet project management.
