Abstract:
To breed required knowledge for professional activities that materialize through speech interactions, one option is to use the technique of collective allo-confrontation that consists in animating a discussion regarding the previously recorded activity. The project is to study the input of ergonomic expertise when applied to this course type. The process was tested in a training to civil and commercial mediation context, conducted to lawyers and notaries. Of this study results that the ergonomic psychologist's expertise occupies its rightful place in this type of features; it shades light on all the activities angles to which the trainees do not have access on the first place, to bring to light dysfunctions/phenomena that hadn't been, until there, noticed, and above all it contributes to the bedrock of a useful reflexivity, if need be, to an optimization of work practices.
