Abstract:
Referring to several rebellions in Africa, referring to troubles after each election in Africa, the purpose of that paper is to analyze the strengths and the weaknesses of each democratic regime in Africa. Indeed, according to customary past of Africa, according to the drifts of the presidentialism, from our analyses, it rises that the best democratic regime in Africa are those which do not facilitate the emergence of a strong man to the summit of the state (parliamentary system, constitutional monarchy, hybrid republican system). From the econometric analyses, we deduce that the practice of the democracy in the economies of the second group attracts more investments and improves the investment climate.
