Abstract:
In public policy, the « labor market transparency » paradigm has so far been based on three pillars : the transformation of labor demand in job offers, the centralization of their collection and their display and the picture of self-acting applicants. However, in the context of the digitization of the labor market, the idea of a "transparency" without centralized management of vacancies is expanding.
