Abstract:
During this communication, we wish to show that e-grocery henceforth knows a significant development in France. We want to underline there that back-office constitutes conditions of success so essential as front-office, by asserting that e-logistics finds finally its marks in France. Various alternatives now coexist, leaning sometimes on dedicated logistic infrastructures and sometimes on stores. So, it does not seem any more that one only model dominates. It still seems that the e-grocers status (integrated retailer vs independant retailer) constitutes one of the explanatory variables of the adopted logistic strategies…
