Abstract:
The French chemist's is in a turmoil. As the government want to reduce government spending they keep lowering the profitability of pharmacies. In such a context some chemists respond with an attempt to optimize their organization and a development of management techniques. The result of this is noteworthy developments in the trade of chemists' holders of a shop. This work presents an analysis on this trade by mobilizing the three meanings of the concept : the individual business, the entreprise business and the sector business. The study focuses on chemist's in shopping-malls which are very sensitive to the current changes in the industry. The results highlight new skills on which the pharmacist seems to rely in order to cope with changes in the sector.
