Abstract: The circulation of informations and relations between web 2.0 users and companies show a bottom-up and top-down flows: a growing participation of citizens – through opinions or suggestions –, and a progressive opening of company database. This process will encourage a "bottom-up" innovation through a softening of borders between these actors. The aim of this article is to answer to the following question: what are the main informations exchanges and relations between collective innovations' actors? Based on the methodology of a particular case, this study explores the emerging context of the mobile application UnCrowdTPG using empirical data coming from several interviews with actors of this innovation. Our research reveals the main characteristics of informations flows and the communication relations between the company Transports Publics Genevois (TPG), a developer's community and final users of the mobile application who adopt an innovation.
