Abstract: The aim of the agile business is to evolve in an uncertain environment by changing maneuvers over time. The deployment of its strategy rests on a number of means, but also and above all on people who have flourished at work and in relations with their employees and their hierarchy. In this article we are interested in the factors of development of the professional and personal development of the person in work situation. More specifically , we are interested in the links between some of the attributes of the agile enterprise and those of well-being at work, facilitating professional and personal fulfillment on the one hand, and the establishment of these links. A study was carried out in 4 ski lift companies in the Alps ski resorts in Savoie and Haute-Savoie. The data are first processed with the Alceste software, then with the rooted theory. The results propose two theoretical contributions and a managerial contribution.
