Abstract:
The French debate on nuclear waste lasts since the late 1980s. Involving many stakeholders, this debate is very complex with economic and societal implications scientific, technical. Involving citizens in this type of debate, which commits future generations, is a concrete example of the concept of dialogic democracy. This article will focus on the conditions of the implementation of this dialogic democracy.
