Abstract:
In the building industry, the overall synchronization is an effectiveness essential factor considering the multiplicity of actors that are involved and their actions interdependence during the project. However, the premises of an ongoing research highlight pronounced problems of synchronization between the construction project stakeholders. From malfunctions related to these difficulties, this paper proposes to address deeper issues on cooperation practices in the building industry and their impact on the stakeholders' social performance.
