Abstract: The International Competition Network (ICN) was officially set up in October 2011. The founding members were thirteen national antitrust agencies and the European Union competition agency. Membership was open from the beginning to all national, regional or multinational antitrust agencies and, in fact, the numbers rose fast. [First lines]
