Abstract:
The evolutions which healthcare and medical-social institutions have experienced over recent years today require major changes in the management approaches of healthcare managers. The constant search for compromise hinders the search for innovative and creative resolutions to management problems. Integration is an alternative management approach, i.e. a form of management founded on creativity and innovation to ensure everybody's points of view are taken into account.
