Abstract:
The questions of governance received a special attention in an environment of questioning the model of shareholder value creation. In this context, our study aims to identify the various research fields which characterize the French research in governance nowadays. The approach decomposes in three phases: (1) constitution of a database listing all the articles quoted from the field of the governance in four targetted journals ; (2) analysis of these bibliographical data through diverse classifications ; (3) constitution of a co-citations matrix in order to reify clusters of citations that frequently quoted concomitantly.
