Abstract: This papier proposes to focus on organizational learning and how it is carried out accross boundaries. Based on the case of a automotive dealerships group, we highlighted the role of mediating management tools in the trading zone (Kellogg et al., 2006) to cross boundaries and help managing knowledge.
