Abstract: Notre recherche porte sur l'entrepreneuriat féminin dans un contexte de développement international . Elle puise son cadre théorique à la fois dans le champ de l'entrepreneuriat féminin et dans celui de l'entrepreneuriat international et mobilise la méthode des cas pour analyser en profondeur trois entreprises dirigées par des femmes . En caractérisant les spécificités de leur démarche à l'international, nos résultats mettent l'accent sur l'articulation des différents réseaux (professionnels et personnels, domestique et international) associée au développement d'un co-leadership, pour conjuguer une conciliation travail-famille et réussir son développement à l'international.
