Abstract: Cet article pose la question de la mesure du périmètre d'application du service public hospitalier au sein des réseaux territorialisés d'organisations hospitalières. L'enquête réalisée s'appuie sur un cas de recherche-intervention mené de 2016 à 2018. Étude de cas qui a pour objet un GHT regroupant 9 établissements de santé publics de taille hétérogène, dont un CHU assure par délégation de compétences la gestion des activités et des fonctions supports depuis le 30 juin 2016.
