Abstract:
Abstract: Certification Paths of the applicants for validation of experential learning (VAE) : between abandonment and accompaniment. Our paper empirically investigates the paths of candidates applying for Validation of Experential Learning (VAE) procedure and the true role played by the individual accompaniment at different steps. Our econometric analysis of a survey amongst workers, candidates for VAE in 2010-2013, shows that individual accompaniment significantly reduces the risks to abandon the VAE procedure, before it is over. Moreover, it is important to reinforce candidates'support for the oral presentation before the jury panel, since it is decisive for the success of the VAE procedure and it reduces its length.
