Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to test the impact of feedback based on a partial evaluation of the performance on the financial pressure perceived in a complex task context. Based on a quantitative study of 578 doctors in 14 University Hospital Centers (CHU), we demonstrate that feedback based on a partial evaluation of the performance is associated with the perception of internal financial pressure. These results point to the importance of the multiple evaluation of the task dimensions in order to improve performance.
