Abstract:
Technological, industrial and regulatory transformations in digital technology are challenging regulators at all levels of intervention. The new forms of competition presuppose adapting the economic principles of regulation, new objects and actors are emerging outside the usual scope and the international dynamics of governance bodies are redesigning forms of cooperation. These movements call for new ways of operating.
