Abstract: This paper aims to account for the changes on the markets provoked by firms CSR practices. We study the effects on financial markets through Socially Responsible Investment Fund, with respect to the implications on product markets we focus our attention on logistics and subcontracting, at last we assess the effects of CSR on labour market.
