Abstract:
Strategic CSR sets up a new concept in the field of CSR. It is different from philanthropic and defensive CSR. We show it is useful for a better understanding of social issues and the consequences of the context of globalization on firm behaviour. Its main challenges are technological innovation and Shared value.
