Abstract:
M@n@gement has become one of the most influential French academic journals in the field of Strategy & Organization. In this article, we have drawn on a quantitative methodology to understand how this unique journal has been built over its 20 years of existence. In doing so, we employed statistical and bibliometric methods to analyze and characterize the trends and research fronts corresponding to the journal's three lead editorial teams. By drawing on our results, we point to two key challenges that M@n@gement may face in the years to come: how to foster a more consistent thematic identity and strengthen its international authorship.
