Abstract:
This paper studies the inter-organisational network structures with a religious prism, as distinct from traditional sociological, economic or managerial approaches. The authors discuss the possibility of combining management and religion through four characteristics: the Law, the Way, the Community and the Experience. An application is proposed to the context of network practices from Heterogeneity, Partnership, Autonomy and Cohesion components. The result is finally a programmatic framework about the understanding and the management of network structures.
