Abstract:
This article examines the theoretical basis of ethics and corporate social responsibility of Fair Trade Organizations. It shows that the ethics of the social economy brought by the pioneers associations would face the business ethics mobilized by the commercial fi rms and concludes that this moralist approach would include limits in the building of a socially responsible management.
