Abstract:
The commitment of the United States in the military sector, in particular in research and development, remains very important, especially in comparison with those of the European countries, which do not really have any other important joint cooperation than that of their belonging to NATO. In fact, military R & D also allows for the growth of civilian R & D, which allows the United States to impose its standards and have a head start on all modern weapons systems, and mainly in the field of communication and information networks.
