Abstract: On May 2, 2019 in Geneva, Facebook was involved in the establishment of Libra Networks, an "association" whose purpose is to offer a global payment system and financial services based on blockchain technology able to secure transactions by tracing exchanges. At the announcement of the launch of libra, Facebook's new currency, planned for 2020 in a dozen countries, the current crypto-currencies have suddenly unscrewed. Can the banking market extend to new customers? Libra, poor man's currency or money laundering vector?
