Abstract:
Economists are more interested in production and consumption figures, without paying enough attention to the humanitarian political economy. The question of national and international security and of every man is little studied in the models, which does not allow taking into account the questions ecological, well being, inequalities, reduction of poverty and wars. Power relations themselves are neglected. In this context, the political economy of humanitarianism proposes to fight against these "blind spots" which are however essential in the economic and social life of human's lives.
