Abstract: Après avoir rappelé la dimension éthique de la science économique, cette communication expose brièvement les approches contemporaines de l'éthique économique et sociale susceptibles d'éclairer certaines problématiques liées au développement agricole, aux réalités persistantes de la malnutrition, à la préservation environnementale.
