Abstract:
The prevention of the professional risks and particularly the psychosocial ones (PSR) has become one of the priorities of the public authorities, the social partners and the companies. However, the adopted methods do not offer a well- formalized methodological framework which makes it possible to assist the experts of the field in their crucial task of analysis, evaluation and prevention of the PSR. Even though these methods make a significant contri- bution to the field of health at the work, there is no unique approach which can totally apprehend the management of the PSR. To bring a brief reply to these pro- blems, this work attempts to develop an overall methodological approach founded not only on the « Experience feedback », but also on the implementation of a Matrix known as « Severity/frequency » making it possible to analyze, evaluate and prevent the psychosocial risks as a whole.
