Abstract:
Various studies devoted to the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for twenty years have sought to evolve and expand it to fit different contexts. Meanwhile, other performance measurement systems have been developed as SCOR for the Supply Chain and posing the question of their complementarity with the BSC. After a theoretical analysis of the two models and their complementarity, the article outlines the methodology of an intervention research conducted in a French third-party logistics using a BSC and wished implement SCOR.
