Abstract: Trust in management and managing trust is an essential key to a company's success. Trust is central to the concept of power and authority and also requires a respect for ethics. The wide-ranging implications of this theory form the central focus of this collection of essays, originally published in France, which were written in honour of Dr Roger Delay Termoz. This book will be of interest to both managers and employees as well as advanced students of management.
