Abstract: We are more and more considering the existing link between ecological and social stakes at global scale. Then, it is highly time also to put together the need in the organisations for a long-lasting development and the daily practice of managers. In this sense, the question is: How should a manager behave on a day-to-day basis to feel in accordance with the broader conception of long-lasting management?
