Abstract:
This book is split into two parts. The first one focuses on the key knowledge in the management of services (marketing, quality, cost control, human resources, strategy,…). Each chapter provides the reader with a synthesis of the main concepts in its field and ends with the presentation of a case study.The second part is a testimony of 26 managers in services who describe the changes they experience on important issues such as the scope of their responsibilities, their relationship with the company headquarters, or the level of autonomy they benefit from.
