Abstract:
The Austrian tradition offer a relevant analysis to grasp social innovation and entrepreneur. Social innovation is the product of a double process of: identification of opportunities and selection of institutional structures that drive social innovations. Social entrepreneur is defined thus by his persuasion and his alertness to unnoticed opportunities.
