Abstract: This paper draws on the book by Pascal Picq Un paléoanthropologue dans l'entreprise (Eyrolles 2011) that questions the meaning of biological analogy in Economics and the use of concepts as evolution and selection for tracking the consequences of the innovation. The paper shows how this analysis change our approach of the darwinian model of innovation
