Abstract:
"Technology transfer" is a complex and evoluting process which involves cooperating and conflictual relations. The cooperation-conflict conditions are determined by the technical exigencies by seller's ability to diffuse his knowledge, by receiver's ability to assimilate it, and by each of the transfer actor's objectives. By the means of two examples of technology transfer, this article tries to show that cooperation between semi-industrialised and industrialised countrie's companies can be profitable for the two parties involved.
