Abstract:
Managerial innovation is a privileged way to maintain competitive advantage. In this context, enterprises are looking to establish new forms of management, including improving knowledge management. After a presentation of the concept of managerial innovation, this article will discuss the development of enterprise social networks, whose goal is to improve circulation of knowledge.
