Abstract:
Speaking about performativity in a constative way is a contradiction in terms. The text has to be closer to a demonstration in the street than to an analytical demonstration. The following is the text of a performance that attempted to reflect on performativity (more precisely on the kind of performativity that was reflected and performed in a doctoral program). Basing on a first-person experience of the PhD/Dba program 'Humanization of organizations', and on a critic of organizations performed by Hugo Letiche throughout several texts, it explores various aspects of performativity and suggest its links to affectivity. This performance was played in front of Hugo Letiche and many of the main participants (teachers and students) of the program.
