Abstract: This research aims to create a scale measuring continuance intention of mobile Internet services. Several steps have been undertaken to assess this measurement tool. First, we focused on continuance intention research as well as adoption and diffusion models to understand and define the continuance intention. We subsequently conducted fifteen interviews with Mobile Internet services users and / or experts. Finally, we applied two pretests, qualitative and quantitative, to validate the continuance intention measurement scale.
