Abstract: The article is devoted to the question of right-depriving jural facts in the civil legal relations of servitude. An author conducts the analysis of servitude as a right-depriving jural fact and as condition of existence of other jural facts, and also explores the grounds of the termination of servitude as right-depriving jural fact.
