Abstract:
As a way of outsourcing activities to the crowd via Internet, crowdsourcing is a vector of value creation for the organizations that use it. Based on the study of the French platform "Foule Factory", this article explores a specific form of crowdsourcing: micro-tasks crowdsourcing. It is characterized by the division of an activity into a multitude of tasks distributed to the crowd of Internet users. This article aims to put into perspective the issues associated with this new atypical work form.
