Abstract: This note aims at imparting a new property to users of the tetraclass model. This property sheds a new light on the na- ture and the respective roles of contributions and inter-class frontiers, while providing the users with positive side effects. By a simple scale's change, he/she now can express the mo- del's contributions in more intuitive terms – probabilities rather than factorial scores – and test whether an attribute belongs statistically to a class or not.
