Abstract:
Several new collective contracts have been signed in the French industrial sector since 2012. These contracts modify, amongst other things, the organization of working time of employees, in order to reestablish business profit margins and make businesses more competitive. In this article, we will study the consequences of modifications of the organization of working time on workers of the PSA-Mulhouse plant, where two new collective contracts have been signed in 2013 and 2016.
