Abstract:
In recent years, there has been an evolution of the general framework of human resources management (HRM) that can be characterized by two dimensions. The first dimension reflects a shift from a more operational to a more strategic view of HRM and the second, the transition from an instrumental view towards a more humanistic view of HRM. Those who produce knowledge in this field are mainly researchers and professionals. The knowledge generated by these various groups is different in that it results from a distance to the object that is not the same. This study compares the structure of this field according the vision of the professionals or of the researchers and to do that, a scientometric analysis was conducted.
