Abstract: An action-research carried out within the biggest French energy company led to the development of a device enabling to capture and transfer professional know-how for operators' training purposes. The adoption of the device by the Group led to its industrialization. This paper provides a summary of the different results obtained, from the design of the method and of an original educational resource to its assessment and integration in the company.
